Registration fees

The registration (20% VAT INCLUDED) includes the ISGE MEMBERSHIP (see section Join the ISGE).

Registration fee for the delegate includes

1. Congress kit
2. Access to all sessions and exhibition area
3. Book of Abstracts
4. CME credits and/or ECM credits
5. Password to access the Congress on-line
6. Opening Ceremony
7. Closing Ceremony.

Registration fee for the accompanying person includes

1. Opening Ceremony
2. Closing Ceremony
3. Access to exhibition area
4. Half-day Florence City Tour.
   Due to limited number of participants allowed to the tour, those interested are kindly requested to confirm by sending an email at isge2010registrations@biomedicaltechnologies.com.

CANCELLATION POLICY FOR REGISTRATION

Refunds (less € 25,00 for taxes and administrative expenses) will be granted to delegates unable to attend.
A written notice must be received by the Organizing Secretariat before February 1st 2010.
No refunds will be made for cancellations received after February 1st 2010.
All refunds will be issued after the Congress.

REGISTRATION AND ACCOMMODATION REMARKS

All companies or agencies must send the list of their registrants including all personal data as indicated on the registration form. The Organizing Secretariat can provide a sample excel file to be filled out and sent by email at isge2010registrations@biomedicaltechnologies.com.
Accommodation can be accepted only upon preregistration.

The Practical activities session of the educational Course "Office Operative Hysteroscopy - See and treat" Sponsored By Ethicon Women’s&Urology Johnson&Johnson Medical And Karl Storz Endoscopia Italia -
requires a €50,00 additional registration fee.

Please contact the organizing secretariat to make a reservation for the course.

Due to the limited number of participants (max 30) only the first 30 reservation will be considered.

Payment has to be done on site at the new registrations desk.
